• Yes! Tap on the “Questions” icon at the bottom of the page. Then tap on the three buttons at the upper right of any question to edit, duplicate and edit, or delete that question. You can also add your own new questions by tapping the “+ Add” button at the upper right of the “Questions” page. Any questions you edit or write will show up under the “Personal” filter which can be accessed by selecting the menu in the upper right corner of the “Questions” page.

  • Yes! Once you tap on a question, you are on the “Listening to God” page. Tap the symbol in the upper right hand corner and select “Set Duration”.

  • It goes into your documents folder as a PDF called hupakouo-notes.

  • You can either edit (or delete) the question (see first FAQ) or simply click the forward arrow to advance to the next question. Note that you can also filter for the type of questions by tapping the symbol in the upper right corner of the Questions page.

  • Generally, the frequency is more important than the duration. The idea of the app is to help you get in the habit of conversing with God regularly (ideally, constantly). Five times a day for one minute is better than once a day for fifteen minutes. Set multiple repeating daily alarms on your phone.

  • You can share questions or journal entries. While there is value in the content of specific items, the greatest value may be to motivate others to develop the habit of listening to God. Perhaps they will download the app if they receive a message from you.

  • Yes. Go to the home page and click on the menu logo in the top left. The language options will appear.

  • We are currently seeking a fix for the app occasionally locking up in IOS. The current way to deal with it is to dismiss the app and reopen it.

  • Three apps share the same login credetials: Hupakouo, SOAPS Journal, and Prayer Pathway. This makes it easier to keep track of your usernames and passwords.
